Already planning an Hour of Code celebration with Dance Party: AI Edition and Minecraft Hour of Code: Generation AI? Take your event to the next level with livestreams from Code.org, Microsoft, Google, and more during Computer Science Education Week, Dec. 4–10, 2023.
In the 30-minute Code.org livestreams, you can meet the creators of Dance Party: AI Edition (including Code.org cofounder and CEO, Hadi Partovi!) and engage them in a fun Q&A session. These webinars are free and open to the public — anyone can watch the livestream! Plus, if your school has registered a whole-school Hour of Code event on hourofcode.com/events, you could win the chance to ask a question yourself or even get a shoutout from the livestream host.

Dec. 6: Drop Everything and Code
Connect with Microsoft to explore the Minecraft Hour of Code: Generation AI lesson alongside Minecraft experts and streamers. Teachers need no prior experience with Minecraft Education; just stream this live event in your classroom, and let your students dive in and play along.
Dec. 7: Careers in Coding featuring NASA
Minecraft and Flip will host robotics technologist Kamak Ebadi from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab. to share his incredible journey, from a 14-year-old dreaming of NASA in Iran to working with the renowned space agency. He will also discuss the power of coding in shaping future careers!
